Website Privacy Policy

How this website handles the information you give Radke Law.

This policy describes how radkelawfirm.com collects and uses information. It covers this website. Text messaging is covered separately in the SMS Privacy Policy.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, the site collects the information you type in: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of matter you select, and your description. The form also records the page you were on. If you call or email Radke Law, the firm receives the information you share in that communication.

How form submissions are handled

When you submit the form, your message is sent to a function hosted on Amazon Web Services, which delivers it by email to the firm. The form includes a hidden spam-prevention field. The site does not use the form to send you marketing.

Information collected automatically

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (Amazon S3, CloudFront, and Route 53), and form messages are delivered through Amazon SES. Like most web hosts, the hosting infrastructure can process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

How we use information

  • To read and respond to your inquiry.
  • To decide whether and how Radke Law can help with your matter.
  • To operate and secure the website and prevent abuse.
  • To meet legal and professional obligations.

Sharing

Radke Law does not sell your information. It may be handled by service providers that host the website, run the contact form, and provide email and phone services, and it may be disclosed when required by law or permitted by professional rules.

Not an attorney-client relationship

Sending a form, email, or message does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or medical records, until Radke Law confirms that it can represent you. Email and web forms are not guaranteed to be secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and Radke Law does not knowingly collect information from them through it.

Your choices

To ask questions about information you have sent to Radke Law, or to ask that it not be used for further contact, call (813) 586-4242 or email info@radkelawfirm.com. Some information may need to be kept to meet legal and professional obligations.
