Apollo Beach is my home

I live in Apollo Beach, where I practice. The people I represent are my neighbors, and I treat their problems the way I would want mine treated: with attention, honesty, and a plan.

Ten years in the Army

I served in the U.S. Army for ten years. I deployed to Iraq as an officer, and I left the service as a captain.

The Army taught me to take responsibility for a result, to communicate plainly under pressure, and to plan ahead instead of reacting. I bring those habits to every matter. I want the facts and the deadlines early, and I want you to know where things stand at every step.

Education and Florida admission

I earned my J.D. from Nova Southeastern University in 2017 and am licensed to practice law in Florida (Florida Bar No. 1008357).

Owning rental property

I own rental property myself, so I know what an unclear lease or a missed month of rent can do to an owner’s budget. That shapes how I help landlords: a lease that says what it needs to say, notices that are done correctly, and a clear path forward when a tenant does not comply.

How I work

Radke Law is a solo practice, so you deal directly with me. I review documents and deadlines early, explain your options in plain language, and make sure you understand a decision before you make it. People who are hurt and owners who are frustrated both deserve answers, not pressure.
